BBC News – Who will want YouView?

Hi David,
thanks for another great show, as always.
I was interested in your comments on the Google Nexus 7. I have ordered one from Ebuyer – Free next day delivery unlike Google’s £10 two day shipping – I want to get an Android device and this seems the cheapest way of obtaining an unlocked and hopefully easily upgradable unit. I am an iPhone user already and so don’t want another phone. I suspect I will use the Nexus 7 mainly for navigation in the car.
You mentioned using T-Mobile in your unlocked iPhone. I use T-Mobile on my own unlocked iPhone using a cut down SIM card, and the service works very well. For ages I was able to tether with no problems or restrictions until one day the offer of a provisioning update appeared on my screen. Foolishly I click on ‘yes’ (it was early in the morning and I did not have my glasses on!) and since then I can no longer tether. Everything else still works OK. So beware.
Keep up the good work,
Cheers,
Mark
